Are you the right coach for me?

  • Are you a Professional in overwhelm that’s not reaching your full potential?
  • Are your blocks related to focus, organization, and procrastination?
  • Do you feel collaboration & accountability will help you create change?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above click on “Contact” and let’s set up a free call for me to give you some of my best coaching.

What happens in Coaching?

We use accountability, knowledge, growth, and regular meetings to move you forward. You’ll do fieldwork, learn from some books (if necessary) or videos, and we’ll walk the path of self-knowledge.

I can tell you what it’s like for me to manage my distractibility but you have to experience for yourself your changes, goals, frustrations, and wins.

Education and Observation by taking the time to look, listen, and learn you’ll be able to step back and see what’s in your way.

Action-Oriented Fieldwork that’s directly related to what you need to change will be created each week.

Accountability ensures that you have someone to “follow through” with. Knowing that someone is going to ask if you followed through is the push that many of us need.

In Coaching you get to ..

  • Set goals, meet them, and make new things happen!
  • Focus on learning to slow down and enjoy life!
  • Unlearn disorganization and overwhelm. It’s possible!
  • Increase your self-confidence because you can see the results.

How is coaching different from therapy?

(excerpted from the International Coach Federation)

“Coaching is about now and moving forward. In coaching individuals are capable of generating their own solutions, with the Coach supplying a supportive, educational and discovery-based framework. The emphasis in Coaching is on action, accountability and follow-through; it supports growth and development based on individually-initiated change as forward moving and future-focused. Therapy deals with healing pain, dysfunction and conflict – it’s about the past. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past which hamper an individual’s functioning in the present, and improving overall functioning with present life circumstances in more emotionally healthy ways.”

What's the: length, learning, and style of your coaching?

  • Length: Seeing changes in coaching takes 3-18 months. Coaching isn’t a quick fix – it’s a commitment to your new life.
  • Learning: What would it be like to take yourself out of a perspective that’s not effective (“I’m no good at …“) and into the effective perspective? (“Oh, this is where I get stuck … no problem!)
  • Style: My coaching ‘space’ is free of judgement and an environment where we get to find what works, what doesn’t, and what you’ll commit to to upgrade your life. I keep you motivated, hold you accountable, cheer you on, ask you a lot of questions, believe in you, while helping you set goals and meet them.
  • Ease: Some of my clients only focus on their careers, some focus on both personal and the professional; and all of my clients tell me I’m very easy to talk to … I challenge you to bring something to coaching that shocks me (you can’t).
