Self Love: a 2500 year old practice.

What I love about coaching and teaching that it's topical – what my clients bring, and what I bring, is what we work with.

If it's the client they might be working on, say Q4 goals (oops, are mine shored up? are yours?) and if it's me, it's when I'm in the teacher's seat. Part of my own practice is "Metta" or Loving Kindness: towards ourselves first, then for others. This is a teaching by the Buddha … so it’s stood the test of time; 2500 years to be exact.

Here's an exceptional short article from an extraordinary colleague, and often my teacher, Mushim, about self care in these times. May you have ease today.
